EVE is managed by conductor Birgitte Næslund Madsen (former lecturer in music and English at Egaa Gymnasium) who, over the past 13 years, has built up an entire choir organization around the girls' choir EVE, so that the work today also includes the choir Junior EVE (6th-9th grade) and choir for very young girls from 1st-5th grade in collaboration with Hjorshøj, Egå and Skæring Church. Girls are attracted to the choirs from all over northern Aarhus and from large parts of Djursland. The choirs' concert activities are varied and extensive and have, among other things, in collaborations with the professional ensembles in Aarhus, established artists, festivals and events (Aarhus Symphony Orchestra, Aarhus Jazz Orchestra, Den Jyske Opera, Aarhus Festuge, Kulturby 2017), appearances on TV (Danmark's Got Talent, Live from "Højskolesangbogen"), CD recordings (A Vocal Christmas, 2018 and Christmas EVE 2020, 3 Folkesange, 2020) as well as a wide range of church concerts and entertainment jobs, including several appearances for the soccer team AGF. Conductor BNM is also at the head of Landskoret and from 2021 also for the Aarhus Pigekor and Det Jyske Musikkonservatories Pigekor and is a sought-after instructor for FUK (Folkekirkens Ungdomskor) and Kor72 for both courses and competitions.
